Getting started

Start with Connect Wallet, then open COIL & EARN. Choose a coil, enter your NOKIA amount and confirm. You can play without a coil, but playing alone does not create a reward balance.

How to play

Open PLAY SNAKE and press Play. Your snake moves continuously. Steer towards the apple; each apple grows your snake and adds 10 points. Hitting a wall or your own body ends the run. You cannot turn directly back into yourself.

Retro tones play when you start a run, collect apples and reach game over. Sound is on by default. Tap SOUND ON at the top of the game to mute it, or SOUND OFF to enable it again. Your choice is saved on this device.

You don't need to end the run after qualifying. Keep playing for a personal best. More apples and repeat runs improve your score and contribute to community unlock, up to 27 apples per wallet daily. They do not stack extra daily boosts.

Verified play needs an internet connection. Each run gets a fresh server seed; your moves are checked as you play and at game over. Runs expire after 20 minutes or at midnight UTC. Guest games appear in shared stats under a player label. Sign in with a wallet before starting if you want the run tied to that wallet. Signing in does not send a transaction or approve tokens.

Choose Connect Wallet on desktop, or the WALLET softkey on the home screen. Select Mobile Wallet or QR to open your wallet app on a phone, or scan the QR code from a wallet on another device. Approve the connection, then sign the NOKIA message. If you change accounts, sign in again before starting your next game.

Sharing is optional. At game over, open your scorecard to preview or download it. Posting is not required to complete the daily target.

Boosters

A boost increases your reward weight, which is used to divide the available reward pool. It is not a fixed interest rate or a promise that your income will multiply by the same amount.

Play earlier in the UTC day to use the boost for longer. A FLEX coil that expires stops earning even if its play boost is still active. After midnight UTC, collect another 9 apples to earn a fresh daily boost.

FLEX and FOREVER

A FLEX cycle, step by step

1. Coil NOKIA. Your independent 24-hour timer starts. Each additional deposit gets its own timer.
2. Earn during the lock. Your eligible weight shares in funded rewards. Claiming AAPL does not reset the timer.
3. Reach expiry. Earnings stop immediately. WITHDRAW and RESTAKE become available.
4. Choose what comes next. Withdraw your principal, or restake it for a new 24-hour cycle. Time spent sitting expired earns nothing.

For example: coil at 14:00 Monday and the cycle ends at 14:00 Tuesday. Restake at 16:00 Tuesday and the new cycle ends at 16:00 Wednesday. The two-hour gap earns no rewards.

Staking, restaking and FLEX withdrawals are designed for sponsored gas. Network approval and transaction status belong to those actions; a reward estimate is not confirmation that an action succeeded.

Rewards and APR

Rewards are paid in AAPL. Trading-fee receipts fund the pools. Each base reward receipt is released over 24 hours, and active coils earn their share as time passes. A later receipt starts its own stream; it does not restart an older one.

Claiming AAPL

The AAPL counter grows as funded base rewards accrue. Use CLAIM to collect the available balance. Claiming does not close a coil or change its lock. Earned rewards remain claimable after a FLEX withdrawal.

Community bonuses are different: the day's result is provisional until the UTC day closes. A finalized bonus can then join your claimable balance. Seeing a full community bar during the day does not mean that bonus is already claimable.

Why the estimated return changes

Est. APR is an annualized estimate based on recent eligible reward funding, token prices and eligible staking weight. It can move when trading fees change, more NOKIA is coiled, FLEX positions expire or players activate boosts.

FLEX also shows an estimated return for 24 hours. FOREVER shows an estimated daily AAPL amount. These are projections, not guaranteed payouts. The APR uses your committed NOKIA value as its reference; it does not imply that FOREVER principal becomes withdrawable.

Estimates use recent history, normally a trailing 24-hour window. Limited history produces an early estimate; missing or stale inputs should produce an unavailable estimate rather than a misleading number.

Community unlock

Collect apples together to unlock the day's community bonus. The pool receives 32.1% of the staker reward allocation. The other 67.9% funds base rewards independently.

How the bar fills

Only server-verified apples from runs started while signed in with a wallet count. Totals are shared across that wallet's sessions and devices. Guest games remain in general game stats, but their apples do not unlock rewards and cannot be added retrospectively by connecting later.

Your personal target and community contribution reset at 00:00 UTC. The 1.321× personal boost begins when your ninth apple is verified and lasts until that reset. It never applies retrospectively. You can contribute without a coil, but only eligible active coils earn rewards.

When the bonus is settled

The community result is provisional until the UTC day closes. Partial progress releases the same fraction of the funded community budget. Eligible coils share it according to their effective reward weight over the day, including prospective play boosts. A full bar is not a personal return rate and does not make an unsettled bonus immediately claimable.

What is The Nest?

The Nest holds reserved AAPL that has not been assigned to individual rewards, including unreleased community funds and base rewards unassigned when there was no eligible stake.

The Nest is not your wallet balance. When COIL launches, unused base rewards will start a fresh 24-hour stream, while unused community funds will go into the next full UTC day's bonus. If there are no eligible coils, the funds wait in the Nest. Rewards you have already earned stay yours to claim.

Fees and buybacks

NOKIA uses a 3% buy tax and a 3% sell tax. The allocation below applies to the net receipts available to the protocol after applicable platform deductions. Trading, conversion and network costs can affect the amounts ultimately received.

For every $100 of net receipts, $70 goes to staker rewards, $20 to treasury and $10 to the buyback allocation. The $70 staker portion splits into $47.53 for base rewards and $22.47 for the community pool.

Fee collection

The collection rule checks pending net fees every five minutes. It collects only when their value is more than $5. Smaller amounts keep accumulating. At exactly $5, collection waits.

Buybacks go to the treasury

Each successful protocol fee collection triggers a buyback using its allocated share. Purchased NOKIA goes to the treasury wallet. A portion will be burned, some will be staked, and some will be used for market making and exchange listings. A player's reward claim does not trigger a separate buyback.

The treasury will manage these allocations manually and can commit its staking portion to FOREVER, with rewards claimed manually. Its stake follows ordinary staking weights and shares the existing reward pool. Treasury staking does not create a separate source of yield.

About AAPL rewards

NOKIA is the token name shown for COIL; AAPL is the new reward label.

Existing rewards: this is a display update only. Existing stakes still use SNAKE and outstanding claims still pay NOKB through the original contracts. No token conversion has taken place.
